Extremely slow service and the chicken noodle soup was in the bottom of the bag leaking all over. Seriously need some care taken when preparing food. Food tasted okay though. Wouldn't want to wait in line like that again though! We even ordered with theapp. Don't know why though didn't seem to help speed anything up.
The service and food were excellent, especially given the large number of customers. However, they really need to address their parking situation. Both the parking line and the drive-thru line share the same entrance, and I ended up waiting ten minutes just to find a parking spot. It's a recipe for an accident!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive food that I found unacceptable. The staff were running back and forth between cars asking for orders, even though the name and vehicle description were clearly printed on the receipt. The lack of coordination was truly frustrating. Additionally, the hash browns were not fresh at all; they were mushy, like mashed potatoes, and overly greasy, which was quite unappetizing. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit.
I walked in to place an order and stood there for two minutes. A young guy came out, spoke briefly, and then decided to take the orders of a group that had just arrived! I told him I was there first, but he continued to assist them. Frustrated, I mentioned the situation to another employee, who then YELLED to the young guy, telling him, "When you're finished, take her order." Are you serious? I ended up leaving. The service was terrible. Whatever happened to friendly employees who were eager to help? I guess COVID changed that.
