Dunkin' - Lakeland

The Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese was fantastic, but they got the coffee wrong. They used cream instead of milk and didn't add the liquid cane sugar I requested.

I am not satisfied with my meal. I requested my bagel to be lightly toasted, but it arrived burnt. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of cream cheese, making it soggy. As for the coffee, I asked for just one cream, yet it’s far too creamy, overpowering the three pumps of butter pecan flavor it was meant to have. This level of service shows a lack of care and attention.

The sandwich was cold, and the egg wasn't great. The coffee had too much cream.

I ordered mini pancakes and they were not in the bag. I also ordered an apple juice and got orange juice.

Maple sugar breakfast sandwich sounded good, but did not come with order. Coffee and bagels excellent, just cant give stars when a fairly small order is missing major item. Order 3 receive 2 sandwiches not really a good promotion.
