El Bohio Tropical - Lakeland

Where do I begin? The portions were far too small for the high prices. If the food had been good, it might have been a different story. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely salty and over-seasoned. The Mofongo was tiny and lacking in flavor. I wish I had taken a picture to illustrate the quality and quantity. Overall, the food seems to be a real hit or miss.

The food is absolutely fantastic. However, I had a negative experience with my phone order. I called ahead and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived after that time, the woman at the counter took my order again and was still putting it together, which meant I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. It seems pointless to pre-order in this case. I suggest just going there and ordering in person.

Update: still tasty! please get a soda fountain with free refill. roast pork and roasted curtains delicious! I wish they had a soda fountain with free refills for thirsty people. only bottles and doses.

Amazing! I can't believe how much I liked it. the personal is also very nice. I had black carving with tears and begging. I will order it every time

Food is pretty good, Good portions. Lady giving us our food was kinda rude and did not want to explain to us what came in a plate. She explained one big, one small . There is better hispanic restaurants here in lakeland but it does hit the spot if you are nearby.
