Mcdonald's - Lakeside

It is worth making the 7-mile drive to the nearest McDonald's. The staff at this location are extremely unfriendly, inattentive, and untrained, to the point of being rude. My last 3 visits here have been really awful.

I have never had my order mixed up at this restaurant and the wait time is not too long.

Mcdonald’s in lakeside has a new shield that says they can not offer them a straw or fork. the text of the law says speculatiw that for the drive-thru service, if they can not consume without the utensils they can offer. I didn't ask for the 8, yes 8, the dinge of butter that I'd go there every time I go. I have never used such a waste, and the law says nothing about maintaining serviettes. $25 worth eating and 3 f’in serviettes. no healthy sense.

This McDonald’s is the worst! I ordered a large hot mocha and got home, took a big gulp and it was Black coffee! Yuck! Not the 1st time they have screwed up my orders. Poor job of listening, won’t be back . I have given them too much chances forget you Lakeside McDonald’s!

My 3yr old was having problems chewing on a chicken nugget. I had her spit it out in my hand, and it was a bone she was chewing on.Normally i would have gone back and spoke with the manager. But to to the issues with every fast food place being short staffed I didn't want to deal with NOTHING being done.
