When my food arrived, it was only slightly warm. I caught the delivery driver (nice and courteous before she left, and said she'd tell her manager, who contacted me shortly afterwards. Maddie(y? was understanding, and made things right. Everybody messes up sometimes, but how we recover is key. They recovered very nicely imho, and have earned our continued business. It's too bad this is really the only pizza place in my area. Kept getting messages about football special 2 pizzas and 10 wings for $25. Tough to find a deal nowadays. Ordered it, but ended up getting just 2 undercooked pizzas, one of which seems to have been dropped, and no wings. Great. Don't know how they opened a second location when they can't get one right.
