Bidra med feedbackThe waitress was very condescending and did not check up on us. When we needed anything, we had to go find her. They charged an automatic 18% service charge for such horrible service. I will never come back here.Food: 4/5
My nephew treated his dad, step mom and myself to a great dinner experience at The Palace Korean BBQ. This was my 1st time, not just at The Palace, but eatimg at a Korean BBQ restaurant. Everything was on point from the food, service, atmosphere, to the environment. I will be going back soon and because my nephew is a regular face, at the Palace Korean BBQ in Lakewood, I will make this my go to dinner haven whenever family or friends ask, Where ahould we go for dinner? Definitely worth the trip and experience! Thank you Palace Korean BBQ for being a part of the Lakewood community!Parking: Parking is a challenge, due to the HMart and many businesses within the plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
The food was good but what ruined it for us was that one of the waitresses who’s supposed to serve us the food and have good customer service was very unprofessional!! and didn’t stick to doing her job only but instead she tried to get us to convert to her religion which was very disrespectful. Despite the good food we wouldn’t come again because of this treatment from that one worker, avoid going to this restaurant if you want to sit and actually enjoy dining in without being discriminated in any way.
Have a very decent selection. All the side dishes are pretty good. Staff seem to be very friendly.Food: 4/5
Ok I'm a huge K BBQ lover so I'm gonna be a bit harsh on this one a small section of the restaurant has actually grills I think there reserve for bigger parties. The service was not the best I had 2 servers and still things I ordered didn't come out could only order 2 items it seemed and couldn't order anything g else until those items were done. The servers kept cutting our pan burner off so most my meets got over cooked before there was any maillard reaction could occur. Most the meets did taste good but cooking on a glorified skillet isn't Korean BBQ. I had to ask for salt 3 times and we got individual packets you'd find in a plastic utensils set the 1 sauce they had was just bland could of been a good experience but pore staff and a skilled with a hole in it made it seem like I was cooking on a George Forman grill with extra steps. There are better all you can eats around the tacoma area and I won't go here again
