Ice Cream Shoppe Lakewood Ranch

This is the best ice cream in Sarasota. If you don't believe me, just give it a try! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I would rate it six stars if I could. They were quick and offered great prices too.

The ice cream here is excellent, and the shopping experience has a delightful nostalgic touch.

We arrived just 20 minutes before closing, and the man at the counter glanced at the clock but didn't say a word to us. The woman at the cash register noticed us but took our money in silence. When we tried to use the restroom, she wouldn't let us in because she had just cleaned it. Both of them were quite rude, and I would rather skip ice altogether than ever step foot in that place again.

Don't go here and give these people your money! They close at 10 o'clock, we went into the door at 9:40. 5 of us to order only a small cone. no hallo, just a look at the clock. no, what can I get them just a look at the first person to go near the ice case. 2 of us get our cones, my sister goes to wife a register and says we will have 5 small cones and try to hand them over a credit card. the woman ignores the card, hits the button for a small cone twice and then perform how the man flatters the next cone, then presses the small button again and does this again for the remaining 3 cone. then she thinks her hand for the card and still says nothing! a person has used the toilet room, she speaks and says: no, the floor is wet, say what? she says the floor is wet, the person in our group says ok I will be careful, she says again, in very broken English, no they slip and sue us, the floor is wet. they have already broken down the floor to close, so simply do not want us to use it. pay customers! never again!

Server was great; new ice cream brand way better than predecessor.
