Chipotle on Union and 2nd won 't make a quesadilla the old way. Only will make it in their million dollar new machine. comes out in a square, dry and crunchy every time. My kids hate it. Forever they have been begrudgingly making it the old way (I know it takes longer-I don 't mind waiting) until today when I was told they bought a million dollar quesadilla press so they 're gonna use it . So much for customer service. We eat there minimum of once a week. not anymore. will be going to Qdoba where they also have a quesadilla machine, but they don 't have to crush it into fourths to fit it in.
