The workers were more stoned than myself! They couldn't arrange much less a set. when I got my order, which was extremely wrong, it was literally melting and the young men running down. It was terrible that this was my first and last cold stone experience at this place.

First and last time I will be coming to this place. Nothing wrong with the service or the product. Any company that finds it appropriate to expect a tip on top of your hourly wage for doing your job is not somewhere I want to go. Tipping to begin with is a disgraceful thing that people need to realize was brought over from Europe for rich people to show off wealth at the expense of poor people. And if you want to make more money than what you're getting paid then find a job that is worth getting paid more to do, not serve ice cream that cost $10 and then I'm supposed to pay a $2 tip at 20%?

There was a hair in my waffle cone love it size, embedded inside the ice cream. Disgusting.

This is a typical Cold Stone location. The most unsettling aspect of this place is its location at the end of a road with no parking available. As a result, everyone ends up making illegal U-turns right in front of it.
