It seems like there’s a consistent problem here, whether it's the staff not paying attention or simply being overwhelmed and needing more help. After receiving a partial order, another delivery person contacted me to let me know our order had been picked up. When I explained the issue with our order, he had to speak with an employee at Subway, who unfortunately became argumentative instead of helpful. She did agree to give us the extra meat we paid for, but initially claimed we hadn’t requested it. She also apologized for the missing cookies, but her tone was rude and confrontational. The delivery driver was fantastic and did his best, but I had to repeat my concerns multiple times. Based on this experience, I will no longer spend my money or time at this Subway location. I’ve heard good things about the one at Jewell and Wadsworth, so I’ll be checking them out. I would recommend others do the same and consider finding a different place to eat.
The prices are outrageous—it's hard to find a 6-inch sub for under $5, with most costing around $8. Meanwhile, the employees aren’t being paid enough to handle the workload on their own, especially with frequent call-outs. If I could, I would give this franchise zero stars. However, the person who assisted us today did an excellent job keeping the lobby clean (much cleaner than many other Subways) and was friendly, although a bit disheveled.
I was actually not in the subway in almost 4 years after some bad experiences. but decided today to try it and went on one on cipling, and I must say my sandwich was good the brot was fresh the young man who did it a good work and was very kind I had a great experience
I really wish I had checked the reviews before visiting this Subway. Others have summed it up perfectly.
