Arby's - Lancaster

I stopped by Arby today to get food. Typically, the dining area is closed and I have to go to the drive thru. Today the dining area was open so I was very happy. I'd rather go in to place my order. I placed a pretty big order $40. The staff was so great and friendly. They worked very hard, but also seemed to have fun. Sometimes when there's a big order, people get an attitude, but everyone here was so awesome! The food was made fast and everything was fresh! Usually people take time to write reviews to complain, but I wanted to write a review to mention my great experience. This is my favorite Arby's location and I always excellent service and delicious hot food quickly when I go here. Thank you.

I quickly noticed that the dining room was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor was so sticky that my daughter's crotch almost came out. Close to the counter where two employees stood and did not make any kind of effort to take the order for at least 30 seconds, and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food itself was best bad, the rolls tasted very stale, the roast meat was off, and the frits lubricated as if the oil had not been changed in a while. Over half of our order went to the garbage. Very disappointing, considering that this place was formerly excellent.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought something here. Fries were as old as the roast beef.Fries were burned a salt was crystallized on them and roast beef was NOT fresh, but superbrown (the pictures do not do justice)? Dear Arby's, but I do not recommend this place. I'd rather chew on a boiled leather shoe than buy something from this Arby's. The latest thing I got was my soda... UPDATE?????? with a lot of appreciation company reached through contact with me and corrected the situation. I didn't go back to Lincoln Highway Arby's. Instead I went to the Arby's I usually go to the Arby's on Columbia Avenue.. again thank you for correcting this problem, although I really did not expect it yet published this for this purpose. what to appreciate that there is much more?

Usually a great experience, but not tonight. We ordered curile pommes and got knitter fries that were also cold. Also got the chickens that had no taste at all. The picture is the Pommes we threw away because they were so bad.

Ordered through the drive in on our way to a show at Sight and Sound. Ordered a #1 double, medium, a #10, a beef gyro with no tomatoes due to an allergy, and a cup of water. Recieved the food and drinks and left to eat at the parking lot before going into the show and we were missing the Turkey sandwich for the #10 and the gyro had tomatoes. Didn't have enough time to go back so we were quite upset. We returned after the show and manager refunded the price of the missing sandwich from the drive through.
