Barone's Pizza - Lancaster

While it's not quite a Maggiano's, Barone's is a family-owned restaurant that serves authentic Italian cuisine in a spacious dining area. If you're planning a group gathering, be sure to ask about the private dining room in the back. One of my favorites is the antipasto salad, especially with the beans served on the side. If you're in Chicago and looking for pizza, you won't find it here (try Deep Table instead), but Barone's does offer a delicious baron, which is a stuffed pizza filled with a variety of fresh meats and vegetables like peppers, olives, and onions. I also particularly enjoyed the Veal Parmesan, Manicotti, and Spaghetti with meatballs. And don’t forget to order the garlic cheese bread to go with your salad!
