El Rodeo Mexican - Lancaster

The food was absolutely terrible and I’m OK with mid Mexican food. This stuff made me sick and it got worse as it said in my stomach. With that said, we had great service. The waiter was wonderful!

Coming here and having a really bad experience. Our food was brought out hard and my combo dinner 8 dish was cold. They looked slow enough but had to ask someone else since our server disappeared. Some tall guy did end up bringing me a new plate but no one after bothered to check on us besides the lady I waved down to send my plate back. They manager didn't even offer to compensate the meal or give a discount or bother to inform our waiter there was an issue when he came back . I did read previous review about the same issue and it looks like they haven't bothered to fix the issues

Horrible!! I bought $80 worth of tacos hard and soft and all I wanted was beef and cheese on the tacos and ALL the tacos were ripped apart into 2 pieces instead of holding and eating the taco my family and I had to eat the tacos with a spoon and I paid $6 for sour cream and there was no sour cream in my order which I had delivered I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and he called me a liar that his employees put the sour cream in the order he also told me I was yelling and I was not yelling he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and was very rude!!! We will never order here again

MESSED UP ORDER 2 TIMES I GAVE UP. ORDERED 4 (3 TACO MEALS ALL SOFT BEEF GOT THERE THEY WERE HARD THEY SWAPPED THEM OUT , THEN CAME SOFT BEEF TACOS WITH TOMATOS IN IT NO WHERE ON THERE MENU DOES A REGULAR SOFT TACO INCLUDE TOMATOES NOR DID I ASK FOR IT. WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT .
