Kfc - Lancaster

This restaurant was a pleasant place to dine, featuring bright lighting that complemented the framed pictures and messages. I appreciated the comfortable leather seating by the table. After ordering through a machine, I waited at the clearly marked pick-up area for my items, including napkins. My Zinger Burger, chips, and Robinson's drink were all delicious, and I enjoyed my meal in a clean space before properly disposing of my waste in a sizable bin. However, the staff could have managed the operation more effectively; the machine failed to print my order, and my drink was carelessly bagged, causing it to spill onto some of my food.

I can’t give this place a full 5-star rating. Just a heads-up, I work here, so my review might be a bit biased. However, I can say that there are some fantastic employees on the team. I can assure you that cleanliness is a priority for us. As for the menu, it's the standard KFC selection, and the quality of the food is consistent with what you’d expect at any KFC in the UK.
