Mcdonald's - Lancaster

Our order came out wrong and noticed that quite a few orders were wrong with people bringing them back.

Aside from the extended wait times, if I'm spending $30 or at least 20, why are you so stingy to give me only one sauce packet? I deserve at least four to six from spending that much here. Other McDonald's you can spend less than that and get a lot of sauce, but this place is stingy with their sauce no matter how much money you spend over here at this locationTerrible customer service!This also goes for the woman manager with glasses and to the younger workers!Forget this place!

Customer service is no longer a thing and customers are forced to use the kiosk instead of having any sort of interaction with the staff. Having a digital menu like this is going to cause their sales to drop due to this.

This is the closest McDonald, but I rather drive 20 min away because everything about this place is horrible. From the food being cold, to bad customer service, to them closing earlier than what it shows. This is literally the worst McDonald!! I rather keep driving 20 min away.

What terrible service, I bought 3 coffees and they told me to wait in the package! 15 minutes passed and nothing if I didn't go down to ask what happened they left me there all day What a disappointment!!!
