Red Lobster - Lancaster

So we choose Red Lobster as a deceased father? Lunch. Had a party of 14 people and a reservation for 3:00. We all came there shortly before 3:00 and were brought back to our table in time. Greetings when we all came in, which was nice. I believe they have dedicated a server to our table so that it can offer us the best service. The orders were received almost correctly. Small errors were corrected immediately. Our server handled us well. I have no complaints. The cookies as always were delicious, the food it seems as if over the years a notch or I?m just not as impressed as I was once. Will definitely be back and she will always keep an eye on big party sizes.

Service was none the less quick. Was seated in about 10 to 15 mins. I noticed food prices went up. But none the less is understandable. Waiter was quick to serve, but was also quick to leave without verifying that we were settled and ready to go. I also noticed that the food was somewhat rubbery and out of the ordinary for a fresh seafood establishment . I also overheard a waitress talking about another waiter saying they are new and they dropped a glass. Practically shaming them. But none the less 3 out of 5. My advice is to work on managing staff and making sure all guests are taken care of and well organized. And also to work as a TEAM and to help others when needed.

The quality and flavor of the food was excellent, customer service was top-notch, the restaurant was very neat and clean, and the portion sizes of the food was more than generous. The menu offers many options that ranges from low-end $12-$20 to high-end prices $21+ per person. I ordered the 3 from the sea option for lunch, which included a choice of salad or soup, shrimp appetizer, and an entree, with a mango tea for a little less than $21. I would highly recommend this restaurant to you!

Fresh lobster, chose two lobster tails, didn't like my hands touching the lobster. Lobster meat and noodles, the girl didn't like too much cheese, so she had to ask for two more lobster tails. Dessert is delicious.

This is a typical Red Lobster. We went for a late lunch, so it was pretty empty and service was quick. We started with an appetizer of mozzarella sticks, which were warm, melty and very good. Although there could have been a bit more of the marinara sauce. I got the new bacon burger, which was quite good. A bit tall to bite into and the bun needed to be a bit wider (so you don't end up just holding hamburger). But the burger had a very good flavor, slightly chargrilled taste. Half was medium as asked, the other half was rare (but after i ate the half that was medium, I would have been embarrassed to send back the second half. My wife's shrimp scampi was very good. The Lobster mashed potatoes were not worth the extra $4 though (not much lobster for the money). Overall a good meal and decent service. As a note, for me, 4 stars doesn't indicate a problem. 4 stars is a good place that I'd return to. I don't start at 5 and remove a star. Rather I give a 5th star only to places that really impress me. Ones that are on my list of favorites.
