Rolled Cold Creamery - Lancaster

It was so cool to actually see MAKE our ice cream right in front of us. So many great combinations of toppings to choose. Delicious for the last spoon! They are a busy little business, even in winter, but they get served as fast as possible. Great atmosphere; also loved the table games!

It's pricey for the amount, but the start to finish product is pretty cool and definitely takes skill. The atmosphere was nice, minus towards the end of our visit. An employee who wasn't working (AGAIN she was not working, nor behind the counter) but looking to pick up hours, stood where customers do talking to the one worker behind the counter for what seemed forever. The worker didn't really partake in the conversation, but for the visitor to be an employee it was unprofessional. We ate and ran, versus hanging out and playing a game. The other worker behind the counter, who made our order, did so beautifully. Almost too pretty to eat. The response from the owner or whoever at rolled cold creamery did not make sense. No one was being trained. No one was standing behind the counter doing nothing. Both employees behind the counter were great. The VISITING EMPLOYEE is the one who brought the bad vibes.

This is the cutest little ice cream shop! The girls that waited on us were fantastic and seemed to like there job which was welcoming. The ice cream was amazing and there concept is very cool! They also offer vegan and gluten free options. The prices were very reasonable for what you get. You can pick everything for yourself from the ice cream flavor, syrups and toppings(unlimited toppings). We got the brownie ice cream which is mixed with a real brownie with peanut butter syrup, chopped peanuts and whipped cream. Also we got the cupcake ice cream which is made with real cupcake, patriotic sprinkles for the 4th and whipped cream. They were fantastic!

Big portions and nice employees this place has it all amazing flavors of ice cream and good quality! My first time getting rolled ice cream and it was super good. I got Nutella crunch and cookie dough

This place does so well despite the space they have to work with and the amount of people they move through! When we got there around 9:30 there was quite a long line and we waited for sure 30 minutes but the ice cream was great!?
