The Fry King - Lancaster

The wait was over a 1 hour and 30 minutes, after we were quoted a 15 to 20 minute wait. I would prefer a honest estimate, so I could plan accordingly. Not once, did your front end Manager address the issue by providing an update or explanation for the delay.. I 'm not aware of the standard of operation here at Fry King, but to see a No Refund sign posted up, when this type of poor service is rendered; furthermore, let 's me know a happy customer is not your goal. The food portion was 16 dollars worth of fries and 2 dollars worth of meat. 4 shrimp and some crab crumbs. I 'm not looking for anything free, however, I expect to get what I paid for, what is displayed in the pictures and most of all be taken care of due to the inconvenience. In response to the owner: Instead of you assuming I didn 't speak to a staff member, why not provide a contact method to further discuss the issue and make things right? Seems like there should be some customer service training from the owner down to the cashier. In addition to, investing in a better credit card processing company. Word of mouth is going to cost you more than these refunds.

Meh...it was just ok. I had the cajun fries and it was nothing to call home about. It has potential to get better. Some of the reviews that other people said was actually true. 1. On Google it says that it opens at 11:30Am, but they did not open until 12:15pm. 2. The chicken was dry and not seasoned. 3. You should try layering the sauce and meat instead of piling it all on top. Now, before you come for me with any rude comments, I never said it was NASTY....but it could be better. Just use the reviews as constructive criticism instead of getting so defensive about it.

We waited 3 hours before we received our food, though we called ahead to see if there was anything we needed to know before arriving. The restaurant was very warm, with no air circulating, and it was packed. We ordered Cajun fries (2) and Cajun potatoes (2). We found a good amount of shells in our crab meat. Ms. Rhonda was very friendly and tried her best to keep the patrons updated. The food was okay. Not worth the wait.

My first time there and I tried the loaded cajun potatoe!!!! This potatoe was beyond good, the potatoe was soft and not hard like most baked potatoes. The seafood, chick and sausage were all cooked to perfection ???? ???? Before and After pic sonyou can see the potatoe and ingredients better!!

The Fry King is great! It's a nice drive out to Lancaster. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Pictures don't do the taste justice. It's fast, fresh and hot! I got the Garlic Shrimp Fries and my partner got the All You Can Eat Chicken Tenders???? Gotta come back with the fam!! Spice and Flavor is freakin awesome sauce!
