Where is the beautiful cashier from months ago. So nice, very professional, cute little lady. Can I have her schedule . I been up there and have not seen her
We waited three hours for our food, even though we called ahead to check if there was anything we needed to know before we arrived. The restaurant was quite warm, with no air circulating, and it was crowded. We ordered two Cajun fries and two Cajun potatoes. Unfortunately, we found quite a few shells mixed in with our crab meat. On a positive note, Ms. Rhonda was very friendly and did her best to keep the customers informed. Overall, the food was just okay and definitely not worth the long wait.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the loaded Cajun potato! It was incredible; the potato was soft and fluffy, unlike most baked potatoes, which can be hard. The seafood, chicken, and sausage were all cooked to perfection. I've included before and after pictures so you can see the potato and its delicious ingredients more clearly!
The food was disappointing as well—$16 worth of fries accompanied by only $2 worth of meat, which consisted of four shrimp and some crab crumbs. I’m not seeking anything for free, but I do expect to receive what I paid for, as depicted in the promotional pictures, and I believe I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. In response to the owner: Instead of assuming I didn’t speak with a staff member, why not offer a way to contact you directly to discuss this issue further and resolve it? It seems there’s a need for customer service training across the board, from the owner to the cashiers, as well as an investment in a better credit card processing company. Ultimately, negative word of mouth could cost you far more than any refunds you might consider offering.
