Bidra med feedbackIn any case, don’t pay attention to the guy who gave a one-star review and is now in prison because he’s just a small keyboard warrior. I had an amazing experience from the start, especially when I tasted the Hoisin sauce – it was simply incredible!
I’ve never had a bad meal, or even an average one, from this restaurant in the past 10 years—it's always been extraordinary. The curry sauce is the best I've tried, full of flavor yet simple enough. I usually stick to my favorites, but I decided to try the fish for the first time tonight. Both my partner and I agreed it was one of the best fish dishes we've ever had. The service is consistently fast and polite, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair. I honestly can't say a negative word about this place!
The staff was friendly, the food was really good, and the servers were easy on the eyes.
Can't think of anything positive, sweet and sour chicken went to the dogs. Greasy oily chow mein and very slow delivery. Sweet and sour sauce was in an expresso cup. Avoid!
We have been customers of this takeaway for quite some time, and while it used to be decent, our recent experiences have been quite disappointing. On Friday, we ordered a Chicken Curry, two portions of Fried Rice, one portion of Salt and Pepper Chips, and a tub of Curry, totaling nearly £28.00. The chips were cold, but the biggest letdown was the Chicken Curry—it was made with processed chicken. For almost £8.00, one would expect fresh chicken, but that wasn’t the case. In the past, they used to serve proper meat, not this reconstituted chicken that arrives ready-cooked and made from various cuts pressed together. Furthermore, the rice was charged at full price when it really should have been discounted as part of the curry. We will never return to this takeaway again, and I strongly suggest that anyone looking for good food should seek alternatives. My advice to them is to stop using ready-cooked processed meats, as they are truly unappetizing.
