The Lunesdale Arms - Lancaster

I visited The Lunesdale Arms a few weeks ago while staying in the area. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we went on a Wednesday evening based on some great reviews, and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, seating us at a table near the bar since we had our dog with us. The food was excellent in terms of both quality and quantity. The atmosphere was very friendly with many locals present, although it seemed like the staff may have been a bit overwhelmed at times due to the large number of customers. I would definitely return if I found myself in the area again.

We stopped by on our way and we are so glad we did! The food was outstanding and the staff were delightful. The restaurant is charmingly decorated. A great perk is that dogs are allowed. We highly recommend this place.

I recently had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this restaurant, starting with delicious calamari and ending with a delightful sticky toffee pudding. I couldn't find any fault with either dish. The restaurant has a charming and spacious atmosphere, with plenty of room between tables. The staff were friendly and attentive, even though they appeared to be quite busy despite the restaurant not being crowded. I would definitely come back again.

Great place to relax and eat . Highly Recommend. We didn't eat, friendly staff . Very clean environment.

Dropped in here on a delivery day and the ladies were absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful the food was absolutely amazing and great price for what you get the quality and quantity were just right and I couldn't fault it one bit, lovely atmosphere with a very calming feel to the whole place parking is available at the rear of the place, don't just take my word for it drop in and you won't regret it one bit.
