Been having issues here, thought I would try one more time to support them. Totally got my order wrong, only got a large drink and a sandwich after ordering a meal with a large drink and a sandwich with a large drink. Even after repeating twice in the drive up. Go to Riverton, Worland, even Casper, don't spend your money in Lander! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible employees terrible management terrible atmosphere, i went to this mcdonalds twice this week and both times i had to argue with both the employee taking my order about what drinks they had i wanted a mellow yello or fanta and the lady said they had neither even though all mcdonalds are required to have them) when i got to the window the manager was there trying to explain that he didn’t have fanta or mellow yello even though I could quite literally see both on their machine and was pointing to them and asking what they were and then he said “oh looks like we do have fanta!” then i asked “and what’s that” pointing to the mellow yello and he blabbered something i’ve never heard of before these employees and managers need to be taught about everything terrible management terrible service didnt even get my food

The service at this McDonald's was incredibly slow and rude, the young employees seemed disinterested and the fries were consistently cold, soggy, and lackluster in flavor. My drink barely had any ice in it. I would prefer to make a sandwich at home rather than return to this location. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner.
