Wendy's - Landover

It was really enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards me! The spicy chicken sauce was fantastic! You should definitely give it a try!

The fries were fresh and served hot. I received all the requested toppings, except for pepper. My sandwich was hot and delicious, although I was disappointed that it only had a single piece of lettuce—at least it was fresh. The wait time was quite frustrating; they didn’t stick to the advertised 90-second wait per car. It took 15 minutes to receive my food, despite only having two cars in front of me. Nonetheless, I was happy with my choice to order a grilled chicken combo along with a Key Lime Frosty at Wendy's last night.

From the moment I arrived in the parking lot to the unusual positioning of the building, along with the issues with the speaker and the background noise, I initially thought this would be a disappointing experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out to be quite enjoyable! I want to express my gratitude to the staff for being courteous, knowledgeable, and quick in delivering my order. You all did an excellent job! The only downside is that I wish the shop had a more appealing appearance.

I placed an online order and ended up waiting 40 minutes after receiving confirmation for pickup, only to find that half of my order was missing. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue with fast food in the US. It's quite disappointing.

I waited in line and never received a response. When I drove up to the window, I asked if their system was down, and they said no. Instead, they began talking to the driver behind me. They asked me to drive back around and get in line again, even though I was the first customer. They wouldn't assist me at all.
