The experience was fantastic, with excellent service. I found the app for ordering to be very convenient; however, there are a few areas for improvement. Not all menu options were available on the app, and it would be helpful to include PayPal as a payment method.

"The service was lacking during my visit. I ordered online, and while the prices for water bottles weren’t too high, the staff seemed uncertain about their roles. They took a long time to clear the tables and didn’t check if it was time to collect plates from the neighboring tables. It appeared that the employees were young and inexperienced, and they didn’t receive proper training from a skilled manager."

Eating is great, but expensive for what they get. I'm not thrilled on the ordering system and paying as they go would be nice for someone to take their order just for the cost. the personal is inexperienced. nice restaurant, but I would expect a better service.

Delicious burgers! The service was friendly and attentive. They truly went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied, even though I felt our order wasn't delayed (but they thought it was). I will definitely return!

Great food, but unfortunately on this occasion we had to wait 50 mins for our food due to staff shortages.
