Dayang Cafe - Langkawi

Dayang Cafe is a restaurant attached to Berjaya Hotel, so it's only open to guests staying there. We spent 4 nights at Berjaya and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which has a separate organic vegetarian section. 90% of the items were vegan, so we had plenty of delicious food, including local dishes. There was a good variation of dishes daily too, so it was nice to enjoy different dishes every day. Mock meats and tofu were on rotation. Breakfast was so filling we didn't need lunch. There are lots of vegan options on the a la carte lunch and dinner menu, including a nice vegan burger and chocolate cake. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-17

If you stay in the berjaya langkawi resort it's the best place for lunch and dinner. you have a choice of 4 curry- they are all tasty.

There is a gate with a guard in front of the Resort. We came by scooter and said that we wanted to eat at Dayang Cafe. He asked, if we stayed here and when we said, that we just want to eat at the restaurant, he said no and we had to turn around and leave.
