Sweetest team of workers. Very attentive to orders. Regularly busy but it is handled well. Must be a favorite place in the Falls. Cars are Generally always in line.

Always super busy. Still not open dining area. Refused to let this poor lady in to order who walked all the way there with her kids to get ice cream. Line wraps all out in to the road at peak times. Understaffed. Food is okay.

8/23/2022.....2:25 pm. Went thru drive thru ordered a 10 in. Xtreme Blizzard Cake....(I have a disability use a Walker much easier to use drive thru) was told to park an come in , Explained I have a disability an is much easier to use drivethru....they walk out orders all the time when their busy....Employee name on receipt is KK Totally got a attitude with me verysnobby an throwing hard looks when doing transaction..... a young girl brought me my cake gave her a couple bucks thanked her! Now What's KK's PROBLEM she didn't even have to bring it out to me ! Probably won't go back ! Manager you can thank KK ! Iwrote this right when I got home ....this cake is MISSING THE BROWNIE CHUNKS on top ...it's nothing like their picture on theirwebsite! Just shaved chocolate little chocolate drizzle ! NEVER GOING BACK !

Teenagers run this place which is not a good thing. While ordering through the the drive-thru I could hear the workers playing around and laughing. Also, heard odd sounds as if they were hitting the microphone. When I pulled up to the window to pay I sawthem playing around throwing cups at each other. Hopefully those cups went in the trash! Yuck! Went home to find that our orderwas wrong. Not a surprise. Called and let them know. They put our name on a list to get our order free whenever we want it. Atleast they did that much. Food wasn?t the greatest..fries were barely filled. Their prices are pretty high. I won?t be returningthere any time soon.

Terrible! I went a few weeks ago through the journey through this dairy queen. I see how the two workers handcuffs at each other snap through the window when I waited for 10 minutes to eat. I finally got my limo and they took my money. I have burgers and cheese curds. the burger was great. the rolls that tasted old. when I looked at the floor, I noticed that the gray/green shape is growing below. the cheese curds were also burned to a crumb. sad I was on the way home and had not the time to bring it back to them.
