Papa John's Pizza - Lansdowne

This place is a garbage dump and the customer service here is terrible! I'd give them a half star or a quarter star because this place is terrible!

Just came from there, supplies guy comes from his delivery and went straight to the pizza stand to help. Did?t wash his hands or take his dad's Johns jacket... Pizza And pepperoni was dry waste of my money ... went back I see why I never left!!!. Stop learning

I ordered several times from here. In the beginning the service was great. Then it started to go down the hill. The last three times I ordered, I got cold pizza. Two times? Forget the drink and said they're bringing me another one. The drivers are lazy. They park the block and expect me to go 4 minutes walk to them! Extremely unprofessional, especially if they ask for their tip. This place has lost my business for good.

Very accommodating. I ordered online, but almost two hours to pick up my pizza. Somehow it was still warm.

The food is average takeout quality but the delivery time is ridiculous. It takes over an hour, at best, and I live 5mins down the street. Additionally, often times the order is wrong and I wouldn?t really care except it takes so long for the food to be delivered in the first place.
