Boulangerie Artisanale Nuances de Grains

REAL croissants.....it's been so long!! Great choice of breads, lots of sourdough choices, good coffee. I guess I was a bit surprised to find such quality in this beautiful, small town. Don't miss it.

This boulangerie bakery cafe is possibly the best in all of Quebec province. We enjoyed chausson au cerf, tourtière, brioche, roule, nuts bread, and everything was fantastic. The coffee was also very good. We absolutely loved it.

We stopped there to buy bread for a picnic while hiking and it was one of our best meals! We chose the baguette and a nut and raisins bread, it was so delicious with cheese! The kids had the chocolate and nut cookies and it was deliciouis too! Very friendly couple. I understand they are also teachers and that outside the summer months, they will open only during weekends. I wish I could live closer to that place!

We decided to have drinks at this restaurant. They have a fantastic outdoor seating area with a beautiful view. They also have a wonderful bakery and a coffee shop.

Very good coffee, good vegan sandwich, but one could die of thirst while waiting. The baristas and cooks are obviously very enthousiastic and are trying very hard but their system does do not seem to work efficiently. Fortunately, the view is great and makes the wait bearable. I was very happy to find good coffee at all hours of the day.
