Burger King - Lansing

This is one of the worst burger kings! They are in the neighborhood so I have tried over over to support them but it’s always a disappointment. A machine is always down! Staff don’t look the cleanest! Food quality is soso when something isn’t down. Please get it together!

Food was hot and service was good. Person at the window acted as if I was asking to borrow her newborn baby when I asked for salt, pepper, and ketchup though…

I hope the young man working by HIMSELF is paid a favorable wage because what y’all saving on labor while this young man did the job of atleast 3 other people has to be a pretty penny! He was very efficient as a one man team at 9am in the morning ! I drove past 10 mins later and he had 5 cars in the drive thru. I wish I could give more stars just for the guy but this is unfair labor!

Fair prices. loves all restaurants that have hallo to drink. I really like the cheeseburgers, but I love the chicken sandwiches.

Surprisingly not satisfied. the personal was nice. also the area dinning was clean. my complaining no registration paper for reception, icing machines not working, and a few other articles were not too par . and the brot on my sandwich was stiff. my children wanted to add condiments on sandwiches, not added. hopefully all the problems have been solved now?
