Wendy's - Lansing

When I finally ordered—a Biggie Bag, a cheeseburger, and a Frosty—it took about 30 minutes to get our food. When we got home, just a couple of blocks away, I found my cheeseburger bun was hard as a rock. It was so tough that I had to remove the bottom half and just ate the top half. I don’t know how that even happens. I used to love Wendy’s, but every visit lately seems to be a disaster. The only positive part was the girl who took my order; she was pleasant and appreciated me mentioning that the floor was really sticky, which is the only reason I’m giving this review one star.

I have been trying to hold hope on this Wendy's. About 50% of the time I go I show up at least 30 minutes before close, spend 25 minutes waiting in line when there's only 2 people in front of me, to finally get up to the window to be told they're closed. Its impossibly frustrating. The other 50% of the time the food is incorrect or cold. The location is difficult to get into at best, the hours are all over the place, and the staff is frequently rude.

Went to this Wendy's today for the first and last time. I got a taco salad and it was just nasty lettuce (old and brown) and tomatoes, none of the rest (chili, cheese, chips, salsa, sour cream). My friend ordered the spicy chicken combo and got some kind of chicken with bacon and pickles, had to ask twice for his fries. We weren't going to drive back from work and just hit up the Burger King next door.

1 star is generous. This is one of the worst examples of a multi million dollar corporate restaurant you could possibly encounter. Closes at 3pm or sometimes just randomly because they can't employee anyone reliable, and if you do happen to see them open, the food you will get(if available) will have been sitting for 30+ minutes. Shut this place down and sell the building to someone who knows what they're doing.
