Bidra med feedbackEvery time we visit this restaurant, it's a disappointing experience. The first time we were told, quite unceremoniously, that they wouldn't be cooking for the rest of the evening, despite it only being 8:30. Today, we placed an online order at 7:30, so we were surprised they wouldn't have informed us that they were no longer accepting orders. When we arrived, the door was locked. Eventually, we were told that their system was down and they weren't taking new orders, but if an order had already been placed, it might still go through. We explained that we received confirmation our order was ready for pick-up, but they couldn't locate it. After about three minutes of waiting, someone eventually told us to hang tight for the cheese bread. The pizza was undercooked and not sliced properly. Overall, this has been the worst experience imaginable, making it a waste of both time and money. The staff seems to be made up of rude teenagers, so proceed with caution if you decide to visit.
The cashier was on the phone while taking my order and didn't pay attention to everything I said. She added items I didn't ask for, and when I inquired about the price, she seemed confused. After I received the order and tried to call her over to resolve the issue, she ignored me for five minutes. Eventually, she refunded the items and mentioned it would take two days to process the return to my card before walking away. The service was terrible! There was hardly anyone in the store. It's important to take your job seriously and learn proper customer service skills. I'm usually very patient, but this experience really frustrated me.
I called to place an order and ended up waiting for 30 minutes when I arrived at the restaurant. I initially thought they were busy, but there was only one other customer there. When I mentioned the long wait, the staff member said she couldn’t explain it. I bought a pizza from Little Caesars, which I’ve been doing for 14 years for my daughter's birthday. My son and I always get Little Caesars Pizza for her, so this situation was quite disappointing.
Customer service is fine, but the pizza is really dry the quality is bad, my 4 years old did not like it at all and is not cheap $7.49, better pay $10 and you get better pizza.

When He Got To Me I Made Sure To Tell Him He Did A Great Job With Getting The People What They Wanted In And Out. In A Orderly Fashion Way To Go Lil Cesar ? I Hope Corey Sees This And Respond I Told Him I Was Going To Get It Done And I Love His Alabama Accent Til next Time...... ?
