In the rainy season (we passed until the end of August), the bridge was not there, but you can cross by boat (cost 5,000 kips per person, about 50 cents). low wooden tables, river views, good atmosphere and a letter with affordable prices. taste the fondue: they bring you the vegetable broth and cook the food. to pray is in front of the utopia. It's worth it!
