Danny's - Laredo

I love Danny 's. My favorite one is downtown, but this is a very close second. Maybe tied for first. The staff is fantastic. They run as an efficient team. Service may be the best in Laredo. Even at capacity they run smoothly. They even have dedicated coffee servers. It 's hard to finish a cup before I get a refill. If you hear cafe, cafe! you know the next hot cup is coming up. Waitresses are all friendly professional. Always checking on you. Even forgot my credit card there they took care of it until I got there later. My son loves the menudo. I love the machacado a la Mexicana.

Had the parrillada and it was really good. The manager seemed to know everyone there, stopped at every table to greet them. Really nice atmosphere.

Food was pretty good. I had the tampaqino plate and steak was very tough. However everything else was good.

Food is good, not great but not bad either. Service is always top notch in this place. Wait staff is friendly and always attentive. Coffee cup was always kept full.
