Cake we had was dry and tasteless aunque it was supposed to have fresh strawberries on one side which it didn't. :(not worth the money and effort spent. highly disappointed .

I called before to place an order, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I had to wait about 30 more minutes for my order and they didn't give me what I ordered

Im not much of a pastry person, but i have a select few that i enjoy. I recently tried their Rosca de Reyes and I am SO impressed. Its the perfect balance and flavor! Will be recommending and ordering Rosca here (never even cared for Rosca prior) as well as other sweets when craving. P.S. the Rosca was “MIXTO.”

Disorganized, waiting time before ordering is 30-40 minutes, after ordering 1 hour and to top it off the ladies complain when a customer asks in good faith how long their order will take to know how long the customer will wait after waiting 30 minutes.

I ordered a $250 cake with NO FILLING, but they still added strawberry filling. It was for my son's birthday, and he couldn't enjoy it because he's allergic to strawberries! I called the manager, Juany, and she was incredibly rude; she refuses to give me a refund! I will never return! They didn't want to take a loss, but it was my son who ended up suffering on his birthday!
