Sbarro - Laredo

I went to buy to go and they didn't give me the complete order but well they charged everything

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. They said they were gonna take about 20 mins. After 20 mins i came and they said 10 mins. At the end, I ended up waiting 50 mins for a pizza. Not a single sorry or care. The moment I grabbed the slice all of the cheese fell off. The pizza was fine but it wasn't great.Main Event did a better service. I had to wait about 20 mins more than usual and they offered me a refund, free drink, free slushie, but i said its fine and they still insisted I take some fries. Sabarro could've done something of the similar.

I love sbarros when i it at the restaurant so i was excited to be able to have it delivered. Never again! The pizza was COLD, the ceasar salads did not have ceasar dressing, no cheesecakes, and i also did not receive my side of pasta salad. Sbarros, your food is awesome but if you do not know how to provide the same awesome food and service for delivery then you should not offer the service. I will never order for delivery again.
