The lavender apricot heart is very good. the service is always long alas (2h45) and the price always high (142) menu aperitif wine to 2. 40 euros more than a restaurant of the same level and very nice setting on the heights, in the vicinity, where we had lunch yesterday. 2019: excellent restaurant near the gastronomy. lost on the tops of the silverware, the address is worth the detour by its frame and dishes. we are well received and all the dishes we ate were excellent, uncommon on the flavors and very well presented. service is almost perfect because a little slow and we are out of cheese bread, but it can be normal for these dishes that require preparation and do not seem to be made in advance as often. everything is fresh and at home. misses the 5th star, for 2 reasons in my opinion: a little for the dish (especially the meat for the pintade) price a little high, especially for the region, although everything is cheaper in this beautiful region than the "ardèche ! we paid 156 euros for 2 with aperitif and wine, for 2 menus, dish, cheese and dessert, without coffee. Of course, there was a white truffle menu, excellent and including all the supplements, but unless I was an unconditional truffle, I advise to choose only one of the truffle dishes, because it is really very good, but not everything. anyway, no regrets and I advise, if you have the budget. I'll have paid more willingly from 120 to 130 euros.
