Dunkin' - Largo

I stop here every day for my iced coffee and usually have no issues, but today was different. They mistakenly thought I ordered a latte through the drive-thru, which I definitely did not. I ordered an iced coffee, light and sweet with liquid sugar. I didn’t mind too much, so I took the latte and even left a tip because the younger gentleman was nice. However, the older employee kept insisting he was right, and it felt like he was arguing with me. He even brought another young woman employee into the conversation. It should have just ended with me saying, "I'll take the latte." Not okay.

It was OK. I had mint chocolate chip ice cream he had chocolate. The guy that waited on us was his usual wonderful self. But the female was a little miffed that he asked her to leave for loitering. Not cool that she dropped the F bomb many times outside. Good thing there were no others especially children in the area

We stopped by for some ice cream and I enjoyed the cookies and cream while my wife had the mocha almond fudge. Both flavors were fantastic! The service was also impressive; we were in and out in no time. Great job, Dunkin' Donuts!

If anyone needs a promotion/raise in there its going to be Heather, she always is on top of things makes mine my partners coffee on point. Great customer service if you deal with her, enjoy coming in on my mornings before work. WAY better then the dunkin on Ulmerton, Way cleaner environment as well

I visited the Dunkin' on East Bay and experienced friendly service, even while using a coupon and making special requests. Everything went smoothly and it couldn't have been better. Although I have a Dunkin' just 5 minutes from my house, I always have issues there, so I prefer to drive past it to the locations on Seminole Blvd or East Bay.
