Food was cold and old. Ask for fresh Fry's and got cold old fries. The sandwiches were all cold. The serves sucked. Won't be going back to this McDonald's again.
I used mobile order for a large coke and medium fries. Now price wise it was great, the mobile app had a coupon for a free medium fries with any purchase of at least one dollar. All drinks are still one dollar so I ordered the drink and fee fries. I stopped only for a quick snack while I waited for a pizza that I ordered from a nearby location. This was anything but quick. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my drink and fries. I could see my order on the board on the in progress list side. I could hear the employees continuously refer to the mobile order . However it seemed they just couldn 't get that one cup of soda a medium fries put together and out the door in any timely manner. I dont know why I keep expecting more from this McDonald 's. At least they are always consistent with their terrible service.
I have had many of bad experiences at this specific location but I had to give them credit today. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bagel.is typically hard or chewy but the bagel was so soft and fresh today. Thank yoooou for making my day better
However, the experience turned around thanks to the outstanding customer service from the manager, Eric, and another employee, Faith. They were fantastic and truly made my day better. Even though it wasn't their fault, they calmly explained the reasons for the cash-only policy at that time due to system issues. They reassured me about my online order, and to top it off, they even offered me a complimentary item to help ease my frustration. After a long, terrible day, Eric and Faith were a breath of fresh air. I’ve lived just around the corner for five years, and this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you, Eric and Faith, for your exceptional help!
