Today the drive thru was closed with two chairs and when I went to the door was told we 're doing drive-thru only ..... After chairs were moved by an employe, I sat at speaker for 5 minutes waiting for order to be taken.Food: 3/5
Hello everyone, I recently visited Panda Express on Eastbay Drive in Largo and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it wasn't too bad, but there were some things that could have been better. I ordered two large drinks, but there was no ice in the drink machine, so I had to wait for someone to get ice from the back. Additionally, when I ordered the bigger plate special, the server put my broccoli and beef in a small cardboard box, causing the juices to spill out onto the rest of the food and napkins. I recommend asking them to put the box in a separate bag to avoid a greasy mess. Despite these issues, I still give Panda Express 5 stars. The staff was courteous, and I know the spillage was not intentional. The food is great, although I wish they stayed open a bit later on weekdays. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of parking in the plaza where it is located, alongside a CVS, McDonald's, and other stores in case you need anything else. The drive-thru was busy but efficiently managed. I prefer going inside to see the food options personally, and I will definitely visit Panda Express again. I hope this review is helpful. In terms of parking, I recommend parking in the plaza if it's crowded near the restaurant, as it also helps with an easy exit to avoid traffic leaving the drive-thru.
This was my first time dining at Panda Express. I ordered the orange chicken, a beef entrée with rice, and a drink, all for less than $10. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty, although not as hot as I prefer. We dined in on the night we visited. We had to request napkins because the dispenser was empty, and the ice machine appeared to be either empty or not working. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of free parking. I plan to return for takeout and reheat the food at home.
Just left there after spending over $50.00 on food. Got home and order was wrong had fried rice instead of noodles. Which wasn't really a big deal. All the rice was under cooked and crunchy all the entrees we're cold and soggy. This Panda started off pretty consistent. Last year or so gone it's slowly gone down hill.I wouldn't normally leave a one star being a pretty fair and understanding person, but after this make third trip in a few weeks of poor quality customer service. Panda has great recipes and is great when they are done with some what care.
Terrible they served me poorly cooked raw rice, I went to complain and they changed it for noodles or spaghetti worse than rice, I will never return to this place the employees are trying hard to make the store go bankrupt
