Twistee Treat Largo

We come at least every other week up until about three weeks ago. I ordered a twister with Reese's and cookie dough. My husband ordered a banana split twister after being told. It was possible. He ended up getting something that was slop and looked nasty. The kids working fought back and forth with him and then finally agreed to make a normal Banana split but again by the time he got it, it was a melted mess. I got home and tried eating my ice cream and choked on a piece of plastic. I thought that's okay things happen and thought I would call, you can't even call the location. I still have the ice cream in my freezer with the piece of plastic taped to the cup but because I didn't know I was going to stop I didn't bring it with me when I left. The kids working at the time refused to do anything because I didn't call and tell anyone and didn't bring it with me. So please tell me how much sense that makes when you can't even call the location. I'm so glad that my 2 year old didn't get the bite I did because we would be having a different conversation.

I Asked for banna spilt no banana they gave me brownies it was good. And I asked every topping for the banana split and they only gave me ice cream, whip cream, and peanuts and I go back to the window and ask for the rest of the topping and the worker said they don't do for banana split even though I go every week I go to twistee treat and always get banana split with everything. Very BAD service

Would normally give 5 stars because we come here all the time. This time however my husband was almost done with his ice cream before I even got mine. I went to the window to ask what was taking so long. Watched a heavy set girl fill my cone with vanilla ice cream then walked to the other machine to finish my cone with the peanut butter that I ordered. After I sat down to eat my ice cream I watched her eating a big spoonful of ice cream I believe was the rest of my peanut butter! They were all playing around and eating spoonfuls of ice cream and sitting on the counter. Very unprofessional. I don?t like paying $5 for her to have 1/3 of my ice cream!

We go there every year when we are in Largo, Ice cream is great and they even have a drive thru!

Great ice cream and a lot of options on their menu. I don't think they had their own parking but there are plenty of spots available in the taco bell lot next to them. Their prices were much lower than I was expecting to pay which was a nice surprise.
