Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I have dined at this restaurant many times over the years. It has always been excellent. But last year a Spanish chef (Mamadu) was engaged, then versed in French cuisine by a renowned French chef and given the chance to show his many and diverse culinary talents. Clearly impassioned by cooking, drawing on rich culinary traditions, and preparing dishes with keen subtlety, originality and refinement, he simply dazzles his clients. We cannot say enough good things about his offerings. At his restaurant several evenings ago my wife and I were pleasantly astonished by the quality of the dishes.. Clearly a chef to be recognized in the future.

Hotel reviews spa hotel hotel enjoys an exceptional setting to breathe and the welcome is very warm. the privatization of the spa (integrated completely disinfected after each privatization) with views of rocks and mountains is a significant asset. the small infusion offered to accompany this privileged moment is very appreciated. small flat for a few subjects in the master bedroom: washed gel bottle attached to the wall of the empty shower; the day-to-day diode of television emits too much brightness at night, and we see that someone stuck a translucent scotch in the hope of reducing its impact; They will not deter us from returning to stay and recommend it to our loved ones! Review DEMI-PENSION large flat for half board, the quality is not at the height of the other features of the hotel: the menu offers to choose admissions, dishes and desserts; the entrance we chose (goat crust on salad bed) was cold and the accompanying salad was reduced to a few carrots and green salad dressing hearts. The raw goat wasn't melted. the small cow dish was summed up at a small ramequin of raclette cheese in which bathed some mushrooms, onion and some bits of meat almost imperceptible. the dish was accompanied by the same salad as for the entrance ... in dessert, no false steps for the pana cotta and its jam! only the fun-bouche the velvety of carrots and its succulent mysteries pulls its pin of the game! review PETIT-DÉJEUNER served between and we presented ourselves to and the buffet had not been restocked. the hostess proposed to re-create some croissants and eggs under consideration of a min waiting. we found ourselves facing a little diversified buffet and offering some compotes, yogurts, cereals and ten slices of ham. to sum up, if the hotel is unmissable and the warm welcome, the half board we have benefited leaves to be desired.
