Bidra med feedbackI have experienced errors in my order during my last two visits to this restaurant, with the second time resulting in two separate mistakes. Despite the correct order being printed on the receipt, the staff failed to serve me correctly. There was no acknowledgment or apology for their errors on any of the three occasions. Their indifferent attitude towards their mistakes and lack of concern for my time and money spent has led me to decide not to return to this Las Cruces establishment. It's disappointing to see so few options left for dining out in the area.
On Saturday, October 29th, 2022, I arrived at the restaurant around 5:30pm and there were only a couple of people ahead of me. The workers seemed tired, but that's understandable these days. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was called up to pick up my food to go. As I left, there was already a line of 10 people behind me, so I felt lucky. I didn't order a drink, but I did get a decent burger and fries from Lotaburger, which has been around for ages. The total cost was $11.14. I even posted a picture of my meal.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the place is clean if you want to dine-in. However, I have mixed feelings about the staff. Every time I go, they seem a bit strange, as if they all have a constant hunger issue. It could just be me, though.
Food was fast, fresh, and delicious. They originally messed up on my burger, but I didn?t mind too much. Definitely coming back again!
Hello, today is 9.07.22. It was approximately 1:00 p.m.. We stopped at Blake's, after buying Chile at/in Hatch(we are from El Paso). It was not crowded, customers trickled in. Used the restroom to wash my hands. Men's restroom was clean and well stocked. Sat down, while my siblings placed order. Service was quick and food was hot delicious! I didn't place the order, but my burger had Chile in it(gee whiz, in Hatch after all). I had to have the onion rings and fries,
