Denny's - Las Cruces

Had no salat to make, but still trying to sell me, it was an salat. server has not answered properly what that is, what the seasonal fruit and when eating did not come the recited fruits and I asked them about it, it did not seem to care, it was wrong. the waitress never checked us. wait 20 minutes had no bill to go to register to pay the review. if possible I would give them zero stars.

Our pancakes were not cooked in the middle. it was literally still laborious. the hatebrowns were gummy and tasted as if they had been prepared for hours before. I ordered a burger with one beyond fleshpatty and they brought me a regular burger. the waiter tried to accuse the kitchen staff. there were three waiters and six tables and it took almost an hour to get our food. definitiw will not come back.

My man and I came to eat. the food was good and the service manager was a gentleman called james. he checked us several times and we had a good talk with him. He was very helpful and we enjoyed his essentiality. we didn't know he was a new manager, a great addition to the family Dennys!

My man and I had a wonderful meal, he had steak and I had laughs, both delicious. our server, rose, was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding menu points and the service was excellent. we're coming back.

Denny's sucks! Thanks for ruining my birthday. I came in a little before 11:00 am this morning to redeem my grand slam birthday breakfast. The maitre d' was totally unfriendly, and when the new manager finally seated me, I was told I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes for my food after ordering. When my waitress arrived, she was surly. Shortly afterward, the manager came by, and I empathized that he was short-staffed. He informed me, however, that his entire staff was rebelling against him. Wonderful. Forty minutes after ordering, I asked my waitress if my food was coming and she said that there was only one cook. Ironically, people who came in after me were getting served. When I left a little before noon; nobody even noticed that I left. By then, it was too late to eat elsewhere, as the places I would have visited were having their lunch rush. I'll never go to a Denny's again, especially this one. Thanks for wasting my morning.
