Bidra med feedbackVery helpful staff. I placed a mobile order in the parking lot assuming the location would be this store, Wendy's defaulted to a store 50 miles away. Thankfully the manager was able to get me my burger!! Thanks!! By the way: be very careful about the pickup location when placing orders on the app. It's impossible to cancel or modify orders once placed.
I have lost count of how many times this location has messed up my order, forgotten an item, failed to include sauces I specifically requested, etc. They've seemingly purposely left things out even when a manager is standing directly at the window. Their ice cream machine is either down or out of a flavor at least 70% of the time. I've eaten at a countless number of bad restaurants but this one tops em all.
So i go to the drive thru. Order 2 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes after paying with no one behind me. Worst yet they got the order wrong, and the person who brought it out just handed it to me like they were too busy to even be bothered as they rushed back inside. Not sure whats going on, but they need new management! Or just close down already
Order through the drive through and they were trying to get us out of the way but we were the only ones in line. I had to ask for ketchup, waiting for a while at the window. After I open up my burger to find a hair inside. Horrible service and I can't even eat my burger. Ugh didn't even want to go back and complain and going through this whole ordeal.
