The guys that do lunch here are supreme. Primarily sun-tues is when I visit. I've frequented 3 other locations in nw/Summerlin in the past and they are the best. You get what you pay for and everything looks nice, good ratios. I love capriottis but lately I won't order from any other location.

The guy that made my sandwich for lunch today.... OUTSTANDING! I ordered the Italian today. I asked for easy mayo and mustard and that's what I got. It was absolutely perfectly balanced throughout my whole sandwich. If I could get that same guy to make that for me I'd be there daily! Thank
Waited almost 30 minutes for half sandwich and salad. They had to remake sandwich as it was supposed to be without Mayonnaise. The salad is even edible. First and last time to this location.
