Sterling Brunch - Las Vegas Strip

Excellent lobster tails and filet mignon. The service was phenomenal. Our champagne glasses were never empty!

I thought the Sterling brunch was awesome. I has lobster tails, king crab legs, lobster ravioli, sushi, shrimp, lamb and desert. They also had a few other things that I didn't try such as steak, omelets, prime rib, and waffles. The campaign and cold Saki were also very good. The service was also great. Granted the buffet is expensive but was worth it in my opinion.

I only stay at Bally's. I started coming in 1992 for 14 years stright from Germany. I just recently moved back from Germany. (widowed) So, now I am visiting old friends, some friends have moved on, and now I am making new friends. I have my evening meals at the BLT Steakhouse. Really great food and hospitality.

A small but delicious assortment of foods from filet mignon to bananas foster bread pudding. Endless champagne.

I just visited the brunch: Most of the items are overcooked or not hot enough you could expect that for such a high price point. Dessert was okay but nothing you couldn't find on a different buffet in Vegas. It was a nice experience but I think I wouldn't come back :
