Cafe Pan - Las Vegas Strip

Ordered a breakfast sandwich here. The price was wild at $12 (even for the location). It was an average sandwich with a high price point. The line moved quickly though and I got my food within a few minutes of placing my order. If the price was $9 I would give them a higher rating.

Spirit or Frontier version of a cafe where everything is upcharged. Spent $27 for 3 Americanos and 1 scone. Ordered 3 medium Americanos and was given a separate charge to update the already medium sized drinks. With that one medium Americano is $5.8 before tax and tip. Asked for a cup of hot water, was charged $2.25 for a tiny cup of hot water. Asked for a cup, was told they don’t give out cups. Horrible service and terrible business ethic. Would never return and will recommend everyone to stay far away.

If the employees working were not so rude it would have been a much better experience. The lady taking the orders literally calls out to the workers “no tip” EVERYTIME someone places an order. Very poor etiquette

For me a good breakfast start with a good coffee. Coffe in this place is very bad. A cappuccino that taste like milk is not a cappuccino. Breakfast was not so bad but also disappointing. I was dying to eat good pancakes and they were not so good. Hash browns taste like freezer. Eggs and bacons were good. At least the eggs were prepared as I like it. Service was not bad but the people are like robots. But they answer all your questions and you can see them prepare the food

Worst service ever! Ordered a crossionant with butter, coffee, and a cup of hot water. Got charged separately for everything but only received the cup of coffee and the croissant, at different times. When I explained that we needed butter we were told to give back the cream cheese they supposedly gave us but didn't. Why would we get cream cheese with a croissant when we paid for butter and why would a place even want it back? They were so rude! I've never experienced anything like it. Two staff with their heads together saying that they gave cream cheese and that we needed to return it in order to get butter. Then, stating that we didn't pay for hot water and I had to show her the receipt again! Ridiculous; do not recommend!
