The service was not on this day, I think! eating was simply ok and a bit expensive for what they get.

I reserved by open table and confirmed by text messages. When I arrived, there was no reservation and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for a table because I had no reservation. the bar was not overcrowded. I asked to speak with a manager and wait after 10 minutes without answer I left the restaurant. I had made this reservation some weeks in advance only disappointing experience. do not accept that their reservation is made when they use an open table. I would not recommend this place.

Our server was rude, our drink order was wrong and the spinach dip was well cooked. bee cheese bretzel was excellent.

The bar was closed for a private event. if the bar is closed, it should not take reservations, I dint reserve anywhere else, because it already 9:30 and I could not find anywhere else

Horrible! After being seated near the music (we had requested to be away from it), no one ever came around to greet us, nor wait on us! Another table of highly intoxicated people sat down, and were taken care of right away, while we were ignored. The place was obnoxiously loud and NOT an ideal fit for the Paris Hotel! Never again…
