Big Jerk - Las Vegas

I was informed that I had to pay over the phone for my order, but I ended up waiting for another customer who was paying for their phone order in person. I chose the fried jerk, but it simply tasted grilled with no spices, sauce, and it was burnt. The macaroni and cheese tasted more like nacho cheese and resembled a hot macaroni salad rather than the gooey dish shown in the promotional videos and pictures. The cabbage was overcooked as well. I wanted a refund immediately, but I was told that since I paid with a card, they couldn't process the refund because they didn't know how to do it. If I don't receive a refund, I plan to report the issue to my card company.

I ordered the combination of three ribs and four wings, but only got 2.5 wings, which was outrageous (I've attached a picture). When I approached the young lady to address this, she insisted that the half wing counted as a full wing in her view, and she would only have the kitchen make me one additional wing. There was no apology; it was just a terrible experience overall. I've attached a picture to show you what I mean. I had been looking forward to dining here for months, and I was really let down during this visit.

I was recommended this place by the car rental representative. I decided to stop and order the jerk chicken with rice and drown, plantains and the cauliflower (with a kind of juice/gravur above) and festivalbrot. I enjoyed my meal. huh was cooked to perfection, rice and inherited were good, but the cauliflower was not what I used by a Jamaican cuisine restaurant. the cauliflower was delicious, well cooked, and whatever gravy juice sauce that was above, they put this meal off! I hate them being so far away. if you didn't try it yourself, stop and you like it.

I've been here several times, but my last visit will be my final one. They even served me burnt meat—what a disappointment!

I can't believe I was so fuccing excited to try this place. I've been living in Las Vegas for 2 months now. Looked up Jerk food and this place was like the Go To. I'd been anticipating to try this place. OMFG NASTY. Let me just say that I went in there with a big appetite. I ordered the $32 Oxtail Plate with old ass rice n peas and barely tasty cabbage. The fucking oxtail tasted like Vinegar. Disgusting. They weren't even tender. The rice was old and mushy. The carrots in the cabbage saved the cabbage. I also ordered the Rasta Pasta. Where Tf was the flavor. Like there was none at the **** all. I also ordered the sweet potato mash which they were out of but I'm happy they were because I then saw the cashier bringing big cans of Unopened sweet potatoes to the front. And from what I heard after they don't even season the yams. So I got Mac n cheese instead. The Mac was edible to say the least. The experience and food was horrible. The **** was the 30 minute wait for. Maybe being from Detroit I expected so much better food. I'll never return. Food looks good but looks are definitely DECEIVING!!!
