Blake's Lotaburger - Las Vegas

I've been going to Lotaburger since I was a kid. While some of our meals were good the service was extremely slow and some of the burgers came out cold today.

The lady working the drive thru window was very rude and unprofessional. Everyone beware don’t stop by this location. This is the second time this has happened to my family and I. There always out of multiple items. No coke products, bottled water, or orange juice. Very bad experience, again. I will never stop at this location.

Freshly rebuilt, super clean, amazing flavor, huge burgers, and helpful staff.

The food was good. Soda machines were out of product and dirty. Staff was unfriendly and disorganized. Store was a mess.

Placed order for breakfast at 10:40, payed for it, went to the store and they told me they didn’t have it ready yet so I waited and somehow 10 minutes later after they said it wasn’t ready they can’t make it anymore. Been waiting about 5 minutes to know how I’m gonna get my money back. PRETTY
