Bidra med feedbackAs it approaches its sixth anniversary serving Las Vegas, this restaurant is one of three local spots from Food Network superstar Bobby Flay, situated on a unique stretch of pavement between Aria and Park MGM. While technically associated with Waldorf Astoria, there is no formal affiliation. Inspired by Chef Flay’s passion for grilling and his travels, the menu is affordable and features themed burgers inspired by cities from Philadelphia to Dallas to Los Angeles. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a counter on the left and a bar on the right. The counter quickly fills up after the 11:00 AM opening, while the bar provides full service, including frozen margaritas, beer, and wine. The atmosphere is lively but not hurried, with guests taking their time to explore the menu before customizing their selections, from condiments to burger temperature. A friendly middle-aged staff member took our order, her smile reflecting the warm demeanor of the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. An open kitchen allows diners to watch as their food is prepared, overseen by the General Manager, with each sandwich and side artfully arranged. About ten minutes after being seated, our entire order arrived at once. The hand-cut fries stood out, remaining crisp despite the toppings of cheese and bacon, while the sweet potato fries were delicious with the accompanying sauce, even better when paired with Bobby’s Chipotle Ketchup. Often let down by onion rings, I was pleasantly surprised by the thick, well-battered rings at Bobby's, easily some of the best in Las Vegas. After snapping a few photos, we finally tasted the burgers; the juicy, medium-fat grind was delightful whether simply dressed or topped with bacon and crumbled blue cheese. With the option to “get crunchified” at no extra charge, I enjoyed the addition of handmade potato chips—lightly salted, adding both texture and visual appeal. After savoring January’s “Burger of the Month,” featuring Canadian bacon and maple-mustard sauce, I also tried Bobby’s “Veggie Burger,” which had a consistency reminiscent of a Sloppy Joe, with a hint of heat and bold BBQ flavor. To finish our meal, we ordered four shakes, and it was hard to resist adding complimentary housemade whipped cream. The best shake ultimately comes down to personal taste; fans of Wendy’s Frosty will be captivated by the dark chocolate shake, while those preferring a subtler flavor might choose the surprisingly natural pistachio. This month’s special shakes feature fresh bananas and Nutella or fudge-streaked cookies and cream.
Absolutely delicious burger! It’s slightly oily, but the flavor is unmatched. The onion rings are amazingly gourmet! The milkshake was also very good. The service was friendly, and the employees were attentive. I would definitely visit regularly if I lived nearby!
My second full day in Vegas began with a sweltering 95 degrees. I found myself waking up repeatedly during the night due to the heat and the constant movement of other guests in and out of the bathroom. Eventually, I decided to get up at 6 a.m. because trying to sleep in just wasn’t a viable option. Here’s the view from the convention center.
Simple great juicy burger. The meat grilled the way you like it, full of flavors and seasoned in a way you can always taste the meat. fresh slaw and soft buns.I recommend BBP for burgers lovers.
From previously enjoying food from Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill, I had high expectations for this place. I visited with a group of friends so we could order multiple burgers and share. The atmosphere is cool for hanging with friends. When it comes to the burgers themselves, I was a little disappointed.<br/ <br/ The burgers don't look anything special as in a culinary look which is fine. From this I left everything to flavor and that fell flat. It had an OK taste which isn't good coming from Bobby Flay (The king of the grill) in my opinion. The burgers were also dry.<br/ <br/ What I did enjoy however was the fries and beer battered onions. The sauce that was given for dipping was amazing!<br/ <br/ I'm not going to knock this place and say I wont return. I'm actually looking forward to another visit and am hoping the burger I choose is better than the ones I've tried. Perhaps even have the meat prepared medium rare or medium. <br/ <br/ Visit date 4/5/2014
